You will arrive at Henri Coandă International Airport (OTP), located about 18 km from the city center.
Bring comfortable clothing, white outfits for the Gala Dinner, swimwear, sunscreen, and personal essentials. Additional recommendations for the Pre-Tour will be provided closer to the event.
Yes, please inform us of any dietary requirements during registration so we can ensure suitable options are available.
You are encouraged to bring:
- A small dish or snack representative of your country (if possible).
- A traditional drink from your region (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).
- A small flag or any item that symbolizes your country.
No, we have already reserved 20 apartments for participants. If these are fully booked, we will do our best to secure additional accommodations. However, payment will be made directly by each participant at the hotel reception, based on the discounted rate we have negotiated.
The package includes meals, drinks, transportation for activities, guided cultural tours, evening entertainment (Welcome Party, Nations Night, Gala Dinner Party), and event materials for a complete and memorable experience.

The Pre-Tour begins on Wednesday at 14:00, and you will return to Bucharest by 16:00 local time the following day. Schedule your flight to arrive no later than Wednesday, June 18 by 13:00.
Accommodation during the Pre-Tour will be at Crama Vinalia, a charming vineyard estate offering a blend of comfort and authentic Romanian hospitality. Rooms are cozy and well-equipped, ensuring a relaxing stay amidst picturesque surroundings. All Pre-Tour activities, including wine tasting and the hot air balloon ride, will take place at or near the estate.
